Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase it is of course no problem to return it. Please return your item within 14 days of receipt. Fill out the return form included in the parcel. The return address is: Vlieger & Vandam, Durgerdammerdijk 23, 1026BX Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

All items must be returned new and unused in their original packaging and with all Vlieger & Vandam tags still attached.

Items that are damaged, used or soiled will not be accepted. If the product you received has a technical problem please contact our customer service team immediately.

Refunds will be issued via the payment method used at the time of placing your order.

We do not refund the original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping unless your item is defective or you have received the wrong product.

For exchanges, you will be charged the cost of shipping for the new item.

Once we received and accept your return in good condition we will proceed to refund the amount of purchase as soon as possible.
